3. HTML Templates (Commercial License)

When you purchase an HTML template from me, you receive a single-use license:

• You may use the template for one end project (personal or commercial).
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the template as a standalone product.
• You may not claim the template as your own original work.
• Extended / multi-site licenses are available — contact me for pricing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps or website, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
